Changes in immigration policy and the spread of misinformation about migration are creating confusion and uncertainty in our community. NDC aims to provide a space for open, balanced discussions about migration and immigration policies. By sharing accurate information, we can gain a clearer understanding of both the opportunities and challenges of migration. This fosters informed conversations and encourages responsible actions that support our immigrant community, helping to build a more inclusive and welcoming Noblesville.
Our panel will include:
John A. Broyles, co-founder of Broyles, Kight & Ricafort, PC, will provide insights into immigration law, legal processes, and current ICE activities.
Oriana Fuenmayor Mora, NDC Board Member, will share her experience as a Noblesville resident, asylum-seeker, and first-generation immigrant.
Reverend Nicole Caldwell-Gross, Senior Pastor of Noblesville First United Methodist Church, will offer guidance on balancing compassion, care, and respect for the legal process.
FORMAT: 60-minute panel discussion followed by 30-minute Q&A.
LOCATION: Noblesville First United Methodist Church, 2051 Monument Street, Noblesville
