Everyone Builds Belonging.
Belonging grows when people feel welcomed into a room, heard in a conversation, represented in a decision, and valued for their contributions.
NDC creates opportunities for Noblesville residents to meet across differences, share their experiences, strengthen relationships, and turn greater understanding into meaningful action.
Whether you want to connect, share, learn, lead, volunteer, or take one small step, there is a place for you.
Belonging is something we build together.
Not everyone experiences Noblesville in the same way.
Some feel deeply connected and welcomed. Others encounter barriers, feel overlooked, or are unsure whether their voice matters.
Noblesville Diversity Coalition (NDC) brings those who live, work, and spend time regularly in Noblesville together to listen, build relationships, share leadership, and create a community where everyone belongs and has the opportunity to flourish.
Our mission is to educate, celebrate, challenge, and inspire Noblesville to be a welcoming and inclusive community that embraces all cultures and identities.
Community Engagement,
Real Impact.
Who We Are
NDC is a community-led nonprofit bringing Noblesville residents together across differences. We create space where people can build relationships, share experiences, listen with curiosity, and help shape a more welcoming community.
Why This Work Matters
Noblesville is growing and becoming more diverse. Many people experience it as a warm and connected community. Others encounter barriers, feel underrepresented, or have difficulty finding places where they feel fully known and valued.
We believe every person should have the opportunity not only to be welcomed, but also to contribute, influence decisions, share leadership, and help shape the future of our community.

“NDC plays an important role in our community by bringing residents together to celebrate the history and culture of our city and its citizens. We are grateful for the NDC and their efforts and support as we work together to celebrate diversity and inclusion in Noblesville and the surrounding areas. The efforts of the NDC and others have already had a significant effect in the community and we are excited to see what new opportunities the future may bring.”

“We believe everyone has a role in building belonging. Every conversation, every act of welcome, and every moment of curiosity helps create a community where all people feel they belong. Together, we build the kind of Noblesville we all want to call home.”
