Some feel deeply connected and welcomed. Others encounter barriers, feel overlooked, or are unsure whether their voice matters.
Noblesville Diversity Coalition (NDC) brings those who live, work, and spend time regularly in Noblesville together to listen, build relationships, share leadership, and create a community where everyone belongs and has the opportunity to flourish.
Our mission is to educate, celebrate, challenge, and inspire Noblesville to be a welcoming and inclusive community that embraces all cultures and identities.
