Who We Are

NDC is a community-led nonprofit bringing Noblesville residents together across differences. We create space where people can build relationships, share experiences, listen with curiosity, and help shape a more welcoming community.

Why This Work Matters

Noblesville is growing and becoming more diverse. Many people experience it as a warm and connected community. Others encounter barriers, feel underrepresented, or have difficulty finding places where they feel fully known and valued.

We believe every person should have the opportunity not only to be welcomed, but also to contribute, influence decisions, share leadership, and help shape the future of our community.
